These terms and conditions apply to the Rush B app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Denys Boiko (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service with in-app purchases and subscription-based features.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse engineering of the Application, any part of it, or its trademarks is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights, remain the property of the Service Provider.

Usage of the Application

The Application is designed to provide guides and tools to assist users in improving their gameplay. The Service Provider may modify, update, introduce new features, adjust pricing structures, or remove elements of the Application at any time. All in-app purchases or subscriptions will be clearly communicated before payment.

Subscription and In-App Purchases

The Application offers optional in-app purchases and subscription plans to access premium content. By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing, terms, and automatic renewal policy as outlined in the Google Play Store.

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively through the Google Play Billing system.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store by going to: Google Play > Account > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.

By using the Application, you also agree to comply with the Google Play Terms of Service, Google Play Billing Terms, and Google AdMob Policies.

Third-Party Services

These services may collect anonymized device and usage data for analytics, monetization, and stability. Each third-party service has its own privacy and data handling policies. Please review them before use.

A/B Testing and UI Personalization

The Application may use tools such as Firebase Remote Config and Adapty to test variations of user experiences or features for optimization. These tests use anonymized data and do not identify users personally.

Device and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and ensuring it is not rooted or jailbroken, which may compromise functionality and data integrity. The Service Provider is not liable for any issues resulting from altered device security settings.

Internet Connectivity and Data Charges

Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. Data charges may apply if not connected to Wi-Fi. The Service Provider is not responsible for any data usage costs or service limitations from your mobile provider.

Advertisements and Data Usage

The Application may display personalized ads using Google AdMob. Users can opt out of personalized advertising through their device settings: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization (on Android). No personally identifiable information is collected by the Application itself.

Application Updates and Termination

The Service Provider reserves the right to update, suspend, or terminate the Application at any time. Major changes will be communicated through official update channels. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Service Provider is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of the Application or reliance on its content.

This Application is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation. All content, names, and trademarks related to Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) belong to their respective owners.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

These terms may be revised periodically. The latest version will always be available within the Application or on its distribution page. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
