These terms and conditions apply to the Rush B app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Denys Boiko (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service with in-app purchases and subscription-based features. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse engineering of the Application, any part of it, or its trademarks is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights, remain the property of the Service Provider.

Usage of the Application

The Application is designed to provide game guides and assist users in improving their gameplay. The Service Provider may modify, update, introduce paid features, or adjust the pricing structure at their discretion. Any charges for in-app purchases or subscriptions will be clearly communicated to users before any payment is required.

The Service Provider is not responsible for these charges or their impact on your use of the Application.

User Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to:

• Update the Application as new versions are made available. Failure to update may result in limited functionality.

The Service Provider is not liable for issues arising from your failure to meet these responsibilities or from reliance on information provided through the Application.

Advertisements and Data Usage

The Application displays third-party advertisements, which may use tracking technologies to serve relevant ads. By using the Application, you agree to the integration of such ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings, where applicable.

Application Updates and Termination

The Service Provider reserves the right to update, change, or terminate the Application at any time. If the Application is discontinued, you must stop using it and delete it from your device.

Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of the Application or reliance on its features.
