Terms & Conditions

Welcome to RushB (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the RushB mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

🔹 1. About RushB

RushB is a mobile application providing educational content, guides, utilities, and informational materials for players of competitive video games. RushB is an independent project. We are not affiliated with any game publishers, developers, or trademark owners.

🔹 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

🔹 3. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the App;
• copy or redistribute any content from the App;
• use the App in a misleading, abusive, or unlawful manner;
• attempt to bypass technical restrictions;
• interfere with the App’s functionality;

If you violate these Terms, we may restrict or terminate your access.

🔹 4. Intellectual Property

All content inside the App — including text, graphics, UI elements, guides, and tools — is owned by RushB or properly licensed to us.

We do not use copyrighted material originating from third parties without authorization.

We do not claim ownership of any trademarks or game titles referenced incidentally by users.

🔹 5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features or content in the App are available through paid subscriptions.

Important:

• All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store using StoreKit;
• We do not collect or store your payment data;
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date;
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions;
• Removing the App does not cancel your subscription;
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies;
• By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge your account in accordance with their terms.

🔹 6. Content Updates

We may update or modify the App at any time to:

• improve functionality;
• add new features;
• adjust content;
• fix errors;

By using the App, you agree to receive such updates.

🔹 7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• misuse the App or engage in fraudulent activity;
• introduce malware or harmful code;
• circumvent paywalls or security mechanisms;
• use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the App;
• redistribute or resell content from the App;

Violations may result in termination of access.

🔹 8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services (analytics, notifications, subscriptions, attribution, ads, etc.).

While we strive to use reputable providers, we are not responsible for:

• availability of third-party services;
• accuracy of their data;
• their own terms and privacy policies;

Your interaction with such services is governed by their respective terms.

🔹 9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or error-free operation;
• that content will always be accurate or complete;
• compatibility with all devices;
• specific performance outcomes;

Use of the App is at your own risk.

🔹 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• we are not responsible for data loss, device issues, or service interruptions;
• if you use the free version of the App, our liability is limited to zero;

For paid users, total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

🔹 11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

• you violate these Terms;
• the App is discontinued;
• required by law or regulatory action;

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

🔹 12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

🔹 13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by the App Store policies.
