This privacy policy outlines how Rush B (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") by Denys Boiko (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") operates as an ad-supported service with optional in-app purchases. By using the Application, you agree to the terms described below.

Information We Collect

The Application itself does not collect personally identifiable information and operates without requiring user registration.

However, third-party services integrated into the Application may collect and process limited technical or device-related data for purposes such as advertising, analytics, performance monitoring, and monetization.

Advertising Services

The Application displays ads using third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. These services may collect data including:

• Advertising ID
• Device information (e.g., model, OS version)
• IP address
• User interaction data

This data is used to serve personalized and non-personalized ads. Users can opt out of ad personalization through their Google account settings. The Application itself does not collect or store personal data.

Analytics, A/B Testing, and Third-Party SDKs

To improve the user experience, monitor app performance, and better understand user behavior, the Application integrates analytics and monetization SDKs, including but not limited to:

• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Amplitude
• Adapty

These services may process anonymized usage statistics, device characteristics, app events, and crash logs.

A/B Testing and UI Personalization:

The Application may use analytics and feature configuration tools (such as Firebase Remote Config or Adapty) to test variations of the app experience in order to optimize usability and performance. These tools process data in an anonymized manner and do not identify users personally.

Please note: This list may not be exhaustive. Future updates of the Application may include additional third-party SDKs strictly for the same purposes-analytics, performance monitoring, or monetization. Any such changes will remain aligned with this Privacy Policy. We do not attempt to hide or obscure sensitive data collection, and any newly added tools will serve the same declared functions.

Push Notifications

The Application may request permission to send push notifications related to features, updates, feedback collection, or promotional content. Notifications are handled via SDKs such as Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) or OneSignal, which may process device tokens and delivery statistics.

Permissions

The Application may request the following permissions:

• INTERNET — to access app content and serve ads.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS — to deliver relevant push notifications (only after user consent).

Users may manage or revoke these permissions in their device settings at any time.

Device Location Data

The Application does not access or use your device's precise location data.

Children’s Privacy

This Application is not designed for children and is intended for users aged 13 and above. It is not part of Google Play's Designed for Families program and does not contain content or design targeted at children.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or store any information from users under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under your care has accessed the Application and provided personal data, please contact us at service@therushb.com so we can take appropriate action.

Data Retention & Deletion

The Application does not store personal data directly. However, third-party services may retain technical data for operational purposes in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Users who wish to request deletion of any data associated with them may contact us at service@therushb.com. We will assist in processing such requests with relevant third-party providers, where applicable.

Data Protection

We prioritize your privacy. All data collected via third-party services is subject to their own security measures and privacy practices. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of services such as Google, Firebase, Amplitude, Adapty, and AdMob.
